  10. I have a client with Interactive 2.2 that had SLIP running at one time,
  11. and wants me to fix it.  It seems to have been supplied with the TCP/IP
  12. package on that system.  However, I can't find any documentation on it
  13. (either it's undocumented, or they lost it).

  15. Has anyone set one of these up?  There's a "sldialup" and "sllogin" (and,
  16. I think, "slattach") in /usr/ucb, and I have the syntax they used to use
  17. to invoke a SLIP session:

  19.     /usr/ucb/sldialup tty00 9600
  20.  
  21.     (Connects to modem on local system)
  22.  
  23.     ATZ
  24.     ATDTxxxxxxx
  25.  
  26.     login: sliplogid
  27.     password: xxxxxx

  29. The above login is supposed to invoke "sllogin" on the other side, which then
  30. apparently will work with sldialup to maintain the connection.  One then uses
  31. rlogin to get to the other system.

  33. I'm wondering what else is required - files and syntax - to have it configured
  34. properly.  Any ideas, or pointers to documentation?
