- I just finished my experience hopefully for good:
- although the SMC's performance is good, it continually crashed our system
- when you used graphics (TI TIGA, PARADISE PVGA). The 3C503 (not 507, sorry)
- works without any conflicts and is as fast as the 8013 (nearly twice as the
- 3C501).
- Summary: I think you won't loose any performace, but gain stability.
