  12. I want to thank everyone who has responded to my question about how you
  13. can run MS Windows 3.1 via SCO UNIX. Digging deeper we found that the
  14. only real requirement for our company's internal software package is
  15. a windowing environment supporting MOTIF.

  17. We have identified 3 possibilities:
  18.  
  19. 1. Open Desk Top (ODT)
  20. 2. DeskView/X
  21. 3. JSB multiview w/ MS Windows 3.1

  23. Unfortunately, one of the only environments that the other department
  24. has NOT ported the code to is SCO UNIX which our department uses. :-(
  25. They HAVE ported it to HP UNIX. So, the only option we have is
  26. JSB multiview w/ MS Windows 3.1 at least for now.

  28. This may not be so bad because ODT is a great deal more expensive than
  29. JSB multiview and MS Windows 3.1 combined, and DeskView/X is only
  30. slighty cheaper.
