  30. No, they listen.  They read the net, and many of the complaints about SCO
  31. products have been addressed because of the complaints on USENET, I believe.

  33. But, you must realise that a decent support department costs lots of money
  34. to run, and they have to re-coup costs somehow.  I don't think it can
  35. be argued that SCO have the best support of any Intel based UNIX vendor.
