- Somebody out here must know how I can successfully compile libX11.a, etc.
- for SCO unix 3.2.2! I have tried for weeks with no luck. I always
- come up with these unresolved externals:
- _XWriteV
- _XReadV
- _XBytesReadable
- This happens even when I use -DLOCALCONN...
-
- I don't have libsocket.a or anything else not in the plain dev. system,
- so I can't compile with networking. (and this is only running on my machine
- so I don't need networking).
-
- I've been leaving similar messages for a couple weeks with no useful replies,
- so if there is anyone out there who has compiled the X libs for themselves
- on SCO UNIX 3.2.2 with Dev. System 3.2.0, please tell me how!
-
- Again, I can't afford to shovel out more money to by more SCO products like
- TCP/IP dev. sys. or X dev. system...so don't please don't respond to me
- with that non-solution.
-
- Any help would make my week! Thanks, jason.
