- OK, Rich. Now, tell me what /dev/mem is, and what the difference is between
- /dev/mem and /dev/pmem. Since I can open /dev/mem and read the VGA BIOS
- (at the expected physical address) there's got to be some correlation
- between /dev/mem and physical memory (reading the BIOS is how X386/XFree86
- identify certain VGA cards).
