- Yes.

- DELL includes the MERGE along with their product (i.e. it is a "nuts and
- bolts complete" release).

- In fact, they include damn near everything you could want, all on one tape,
- along with a number of quite useful packages from the net. Sure, not all of
- them are the latest and greatest; but a number of them >are< close enough to
- make it not worth the time and effort to convert to something newer.

- One notable exception is the NNTP support; theirs is 1.5.10, and 1.5.11
- fixes a number of bugs in batched input handling. This is worth upgrading.
