  10. Hi,
  11. I have recently upgraded my system to a 486 50Mhz system with local bus
  12. Motherboard: G486PLB
  13. Local Video card: G-HOST4000, an ET4000 based board with internal oscillator of
  14.                   50Mhz
  15.  
  16. I have the mit version of X11R4 system running on SCO unix (ODT 1.1).

  18. I would appreciate any help in configuring my card in xconfig.

  20. I got the best configuration with the following setting:
  21.  et4000   1024   800 600   25 28 33 36 39        "800x600"

  23.  "800x600"   33     800  800  952  1006    600  608  610  633

  25. But unfortunately: I had two images of the root window side by side each takes
  26. less than one half screen.
  27. The height was OK, but the width was less than half the screen with.
  28.  
  29. What can I do to fix this problem?
  30. is there any way to set the video mode to 1024x768/256 without going through
  31. the process of calculating the frequencies as done successfully by DOS ?
