  22. I am getting errno=11 when opening a streams device on Consensys System V
  23. release 4. We are using Specialix SI serial ports with their SLXOS streams
  24. driver version 5.01. Our major problem is using this with ttymon. If a
  25. user clears the line without loging out properly the serial port sometimes
  26. gets locked. This can be cleared by disabling and reenabling the port. The
  27. slxos log shows the following.

  44. It seems ttymon does retry but too quickly.
  45. I have also seen this when trying to open a device with Kermit.
  46. So can anyone give us a clue as to what resource needs increasing.
