  12. .netrc works fine if I specify the machine that I want to contact. Often, tho,
  13. I want to jump out on the net and use anonymous ftp.

  15. I tried the word 'default' as a machine name, (seems like I vaguely remember
  16. that from the dim pas) but it has no effect.
