  27. We have this problem since we use SCO Unix (about 2 years), and we
  28. colud not solve the problem with our german distributors.
  29. We have several file systems, some are exported with NFS.
  30. And only one filesystem (/u) is *always* busy when we do a shutdown.
  31. The only difference is, that this filesystem is mounted from some
  32. DOS-PCs with Sun PC-NFS 3.0.1. The other filesystems are only mounted
  33. by unix-Workstations.
