- Seriously now... I can't really adivse you on the legal niceties
- here, but let me say this: "Unix" as a word would appear to have
- passed within the language mainstream, much as the words "kleenex"
- and "xerox" have.

- Thus, "unix" could be referring to a specific flavor of an OS, or
- it could be a general term, covering all flavors of the OS.
- Some legal or academic nit-picker may disagree with this. Just an
- observation.
