  20. Seriously now... I can't really adivse you on the legal niceties
  21. here, but let me say this: "Unix" as a word would appear to have
  22. passed within the language mainstream, much as the words "kleenex"
  23. and "xerox" have.

  25. Thus, "unix" could be referring to a specific flavor of an OS, or
  26. it could be a general term, covering all flavors of the OS.
  27. Some legal or academic nit-picker may disagree with this. Just an
  28. observation.
