- He wasn't trying to give the full description. He was trying to
- suggest that if you type "man 7 man" at your shell prompt, you will
- get the information you need. As an example of the contents of the
- manpage, he quoted the first page or so.

- Try looking at the man(7) manpage on your system. On my SVR4 system,
- it is quite clear on what the macros are, how to use them, and what
- they do.
