  12. Maybe I missed a related discussion, but the "strtod(3)" routine 
  13. is missing from the 386BSD distribution. The man page is there, but
  14. no source. I tried ftp.uu.net and the same situation. Man page
  15. but no source. Whats the deal?????

  17. I have ported tcl and expect, I've got a compile but the
  18. linker screams about the unresolved external reference to "strtod(3).
