  14. Besides the f2c translator, Craig Burley is working on a Fortran front end
  15. for the GNU compiler.  It is currently in alpha test and may be released
  16. sometime in the next, oh couple of months perhaps.

  18. I'm not sure what the restrictions are on f2c, I expect that GNU Fortran will
  19. carry the standard GNU CopyLeft
