  13. Well having heard some opinions about the new newsgroup project, I think I  
  14. can distill the lines being put forth as:

  16. Position 1: No change, stay in comp.unix.bsd
  17.  
  18. Position 2: Create a single newsgroup, comp.os.386bsd or freebsd
  19.  
  20. Position 3: Create three newsgroups (that was my position) with
  21.             comp.os.386bsd.misc
  22.             comp.os.386bsd.install
  23.             comp.os.386bsd.development
  24.  
  25. Position 4: Create seven newsgroups (L. Jolitz's position) with
  26.             comp.os.386bsd
  27.             comp.os.386bsd.kernel
  28.             comp.os.386bsd.windows
  29.             comp.os.386bsd.sharedlib
  30.             comp.os.386bsd.net
  31.             comp.os.386bsd.bugs
