- Check to see that the sync negotiation jumper is removed from the AHA-1542.
- The NEC drives throw up badly if you attempt synchronous negotiation with
- them. Also, you should install a patch I posted a few weeks ago to
- fix a bug in the CDROM filesystem code. I have a NEC CDR-84 drive working.
