- I suppose others besides myself have noticed that 386bsd 0.1 is one
- hour off on telling the time. Over here, even though the localtime
- is linked to pacific New, it's one hour ahead of the correct time.

- I looked a bit closer, and found the other timezone stuff, and also
- linked /etc/localtime to GMT in both timezone directories, including
- the "right" one (whether that's really right is debatable). :) It
- shows GMT as being one hour ahead as well.

- So, localtime is right in the fact that it's 7 hours behind GMT, which
- is what it is here, but if GMT is off, what then? I also tried UTC
- and it's also one hour ahead.
