  14. I am having trouble installing 306bsd.  This morning, I mread the bin dist
  15. into /tmp and then extracted them fine.  However, when the system accidently
  16. rebooted, I decided that I should start over from scratch rather than invest
  17. more time and kill myself later.

  19. So I did just that, and now no matter what the hell I do, extract tells me
  20. that etc01.71 and bin01.46 are corrupt.  Now, I am using the same disks
  21. are I did before, and I even re-ftp-ed them from my workstation to my PC,
  22. when that didn't work, I even re-ftp-ed them from agate.berkeley to my PC,
  23. When that didn't work, I even ftp-ed them from agate.berkeley to my 386bsd
  24. setup using slip.  No matter what I do, these two files etc01.71 & bin01.46
  25. are corrupt.

  27. Does anyone have any ideas of what I am doing wrong?  I have re-installed
  28. tiny-bsd many times and started over and over from scratch.  Does anyone
  29. have an idea of how to fix my situation.
