  20. It's quite frustrating. We have an old Compaq greyface (386/20) (courtesy
  21. of Compaq) and it works just fine, but it was a "lab special" and hence 
  22. may not be fully representative of all of Compaq's product line.  Now if 
  23. Compaq would just send us an updated model, or better yet one of the new 
  24. notebooks, we would finally be able to figure out what's going wrong...
