  20. This does not bode well for me in the future. The file you would want 
  21. to look at I assume is /sys/sys.i386/isa/if_ec.[ch] (I think - I havent
  22. got the src dist unpacked at this precise moment) - somewhere in there,
  23. there will be the major and minor number of the device.
