  24. Please post any emailed words of wisdom.  I did manage to get Word 5.0
  25. (what, laugh?  _I_ originally picked FullWriteProfesional for A/UX use)
  26. onto my A/UX 3.0 system, and do not remember if anything was odd or not (I
  27. am using a personal system folder).  On the other hand, I have not been able
  28. to install Canvas 3.0 .  Initially the problem was that it insisted on
  29. installing into the root, but even access was grnated and installation was
  30. progresing it gets some sort of file error (very repeatably, and I already
  31. tried replacement disks) when decompressing some files.  I do not have the
  32. space in my Mac OS partition to install it (oops).  So the 90 lb manual
  33. (and sw) sit unused (the previous version still works).
