- I can remount Mac partitions when I logout and then login again. I'm
- running A/UX 3.0. As long as a cartridge isn't inserted when A/UX is
- started up, I can add and remove cartridges from the drive without
- having to shut it down. 2.0.1 had to be shutdown and rebooted to see a
- new cartridge. I can insert, mount, umount, and eject A/UX filesystems
- without having to logout first.

- Sorry, but I know of no Syquest driver. The 3.0 CD-ROM driver should
- have been made more general. It allows mounting a Mac partition off of
- a CD on the desktop, ejecting it, and mounting another one without
- having to log out. There's no reason I can see that prevent it from
- supporting other removable drives.
