- I've always run with a personal system folder and haven't seen any funny
- problems at all. I'd suspect a flaky INIT conflict first. For
- instance, if you use AccessPC, remove it for a while and see if your
- Finder runs better. Does MacsBug give any clues?

- One small detail. I made my personal System Folder by hand before I
- realized that there was a command for building one. Thus I have copies
- of everything in my home directory rather than symbolic links. I can't
- think of any way that this would affect anything. Re-running
- "systemfolder" doesn't change anything, so I think that my setup is OK.
