- I've been trying to rebuild the desktop from a non-root account under AUX 3.0
- without success. My method has been to hold down the command and option keys
- during the login process. This does not seem to work from a non-root account.
- It DOES seem to work from a root account. However, when logging in as a
- non-root user after the desktop has been rebuilt from root, I do not see
- a new desktop (no new fancy icons).
-
- Am I doing something wrong? My non-root users login to /users/<username>. I
- haven't done anything wierd to the file systems (as far as I know). Any help
- would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
