- I think my point was lost. I am not arguing for free support for AUX.
- What I am trying to say is that it is to every vendors best interest to
- find and fix as many bug in their products as possible.
-
- If I find a bug in AUX (Yes, a real bug not just a complaint), then I
- would like to report it so it can get fixed. I like AUX and I want to
- help make it a better product. If the bug gets fixed, then that is
- great (..and yes, I have seen problems that I have reported get fixed),
- but if the bug does not get fixed, then I wonder why. That is terrible
- treatment of a beta tester.
-
- If Apple is not willing to fix a problem in their product, and also not
- willing to tell me why, then I am not willing to report any more problems.
- Its not my loss.
