  18. GCC version 1 has not been ported to the RS/6000.  However, GCC version
  19. 2 has been.  You should be able to FTP it from prep.ai.mit.edu, or any
  20. other FTP site with GNU software.  The current released version is
  21. 2.2.2.

  25. No version of GCC is legally in the "public domain".  It is copyrighted
  26. software which you may distribute under certain conditions.

  31. for $200.  This money would go to further the development of GCC, GNU
