  25. We've found that if you use

  27.   open xinit

  29. to start up x in a new virtual terminal then when you quit all the clients
  30. including mwm the server does quit and then the open exits, as well.  I have
  31. no idea why this makes a difference.  This is under 3.2.2, btw.
