  22. If you want to run DNS without NIS, you can try the resolv+ library
  23. of Bill Wisner.  It lets you choose which method to use first (DNS,
  24. NIS and /etc/hosts), and also comes with a Makefile wich knows how
  25. to create a new SunOS shared c library ... you run "make libc.so"
  26. and everything is fine!
