- Does anyone have any experience with SAMSUNG DGIS very-high
- resolution monitors? We do, and they've been bad experiences.
-
- The DGIS DOS driver we have does not work with Windows 3.1 and
- XVISION (from VisionWare). In fact it causes XVISION installation
- to crash with a stack fault. If you happen to already have
- XVISION installed, switching to the DGIS driver can cause a
- serious crash with loss of many (unrelated) files from your
- hard-disk.
-
- Has anyone had success with the monitor? Can you help us out?
-
- By the way, in the two-monitor configuration (one SAMSUNG as
- graphics, one VGA as text) the SAMSUNG board does not always
- boot on reset. (This is mounted on a 486 AST PC/AT, by the
- way.)
