  13. I am to be involved in a data conversion process from a DMS 1100 database
  14. (which I know NOTHING about) to an informix database (which I know something
  15. about) and am looking for tools to expedite the process.

  17. An ideal tool suite would read whatever data definition structures DMS 1100
  18. uses, provided some means of editing existing schema, generate informix
  19. schema and aid in the data conversion process.
  20.  
  21. I am aware of one product that will allow the schema editing and regeneration,
  22. but have heard of no data conversion aids.  Does anybody have any suggestions?
