  29. "twm" is concerned, it's running on top of an X11 server, and the only
  30. way in which "olwm" sees the NeWS side of the server is that it has an
  31. option to squirt PostScript to the server *if* it's an X11/NeWS server.)

  40. Neither of those have anything to do with the window manager, in the
  41. general case.  Neither "olwm" *nor* "twm" have scrollbars, as far as I
  42. know, and the only font specifications that the window manager pays
  43. attention to should be font specifications for window manager menus and
  44. title bars/icons.
