  19. I disagree that olwm is not configurable.  Take a look at the man
  20. page for olwm V3 -- it's loaded with resources.  Some of the things
  21. it does not do -- like wacky things with window colors -- is due to the fact 
  22. that they go against the OpenLook user interface specification.  A specification
  23. which is a result of the work done in user interface research by Sun, AT&T 
  24. and a host of others that preceded them.
