  17. You don't say what software you're running...  SunOS 3.5 copes just fine
  18. with three disks on a single 450/451 -- we run that way -- and ought to
  19. handle four.  I'd be surprised if they've changed this in 4.whatever, but
  20. have no direct knowledge.

  22. Cabling is a bit of a hassle, because the controller itself can take four
  23. drives but Sun's peculiar cabling scheme only handles two.  You need to
  24. bring the narrow cables for the extra drives out directly from the
  25. controller, bypassing the back panel.
