- You don't say what software you're running... SunOS 3.5 copes just fine
- with three disks on a single 450/451 -- we run that way -- and ought to
- handle four. I'd be surprised if they've changed this in 4.whatever, but
- have no direct knowledge.

- Cabling is a bit of a hassle, because the controller itself can take four
- drives but Sun's peculiar cabling scheme only handles two. You need to
- bring the narrow cables for the extra drives out directly from the
- controller, bypassing the back panel.
