  15. Scenario:  Sun 3 is dead with disk problems.  Reboot via network and
  16. run format on bad disk.  Format fails due to "Fatal non-media error
  17. (cylinder addr error)".  I reseat, repower, reformat with same problems.

  19. Is this the 451 card or the disk?  The second disk attached to the card displays
  20. the same problem.  Most errors are at the end of the disk 841/19/
  21.  
  22. If it is the card what can I expect to pay for a replacement? Sources?
