  13. We have Lotus 123 (Sun version v1.1) on an SS2.  This runs OK under OW2
  14. on the console screen.

  16. When we attempt to run it setting the DISPLAY to a PC running an
  17. X-server it falls over with an X protocol error. This refers to (51)
  18. X_SetFontPath. If we attempt to run specifying a specfic (existing)
  19. font on the command line it fails to run with no error message (it
  20. just exits).

  22. The PC is a 4-bit deep VGA screen running PC-XView.  I have installed
  23. the lotus supplied bdf fonts on the PC server and can use them with
  24. xfd. All the Sun desktop utilities and olwm run fine on the PC
  25. X-Terminal.

  27. Has anyone had any success running 123 using X11R4 on any X-Terminal?
