  14. In a recent argument about which video-grade tape (if any) to use
  15. in Exabyte streamers, the consensus seemed to be Sony P6-120MP tapes.

  17. Well, I tried to buy some of those tapes from local video-shops today,
  18. but they don't have those on stock. I was told that P6 tapes are for
  19. the american standard (NTSC) and the P5 tapes are for PAL-systems.
  20. The difference is (according to the sales-man) only the length of the
  21. tapes, for NTSC and PAL record at a different speed of the tape.

  23. So, the question is this:
  24.     Are the P5-120MP tapes as good as the P6-120MP tapes ?
