- I have this in my xdm - Xsetup_0 file:

- xconsole -geometry 480x130+0+0 -daemon -notify -verbose -fn fixed -exitOnFail

- The console does quit when the session ends but the Xsetup_0 file is run
- by xdm as it puts up it's login box.

- Note: I am using X11R5 xdm (with a choice of X11R4, X11R5 and X/NeWS
- servers).
