  22.     The new features (different from v2.4) are improved idle-time
  23. monitoring (fish reduce cpu consumption if idle time goes to 0), 
  24. increased font size on mail reading window and audio notification of
  25. mail.  Neither the fish nor the sounds are required; there are currently
  26. 19 fish images and 11 sounbs in the libraries.  A pre-built
  27. binary is also available.

  29.     The audio is very simple but effective.  A randomly chosen sample
  30. (or optionally a specific one) is played using the Indigo-type audio
  31. and the "sfplay" executable.  It replaces or augments the mail beep
  32. when new mail arrives.  Volume can be adjusted at start-up time.
  33. Non-audio equipped machines can still use an audio'ized ocean; it
  34. disables sound if /dev/audio doesn't exist.

  38. and a better seal sound, preferably in AIFF.
