- Yes and no. They will work, but they may not last as long, and they
- may not get as many write cycles as the data grade. Some brands may
- have a cheaper/less rigid/whatever cartridge shell, as well.

- in popularity to the point where more DataDAT cartridges are sold than
- audio, and that some manufacturers are actually making everything to
- data grade standards. This is purely a rumor, but it is an interesting
