  13. How does one get ``notepad'' to come up in iconic form?

  15. I'd like to put notepad in my .sgisession so my post-it
  16. notes appear on the screen when I log in.
  17.  
  18. I've tried entries like notepad.iconic: on as well as
  19. variations of notepad.gl.glwindow.iconic: on, both with
  20. lower and uppercase versions (Notepad vs. notepad), in
  21. my .Xdefaults file without any luck.

  23. I've also tried using env GLRES="*iconic: on" notepad
  24. also without any success.

  26. notepad has only three command line switches, none of
  27. which make it come up iconic.

  29. Any other guesses? Am I missing something?
