  16.    I have two questions bothering me a lot. I need your help and advice

  18.       1)  I accidently deleted the man binary. Now I can not use man 
  19. command anymore.  How can I recover this file ( unfortunately, I have no
  20. a backup file).
  21.  
  22.       2)  How can I put a daily announcement to every user then they are 
  23. login.  I may modify every users .login file, but that may be too time
  24. consuming.
