  12. Hi everyone,
  13.     Yesterday I received and installed the 4.0.5A update on my Indigo. I've
  14. tried to set a policy of always holding onto a copy of the original system
  15. configuration files (/etc/init.d/{mail,network}, etc.) since I must modify
  16. them extensively to make my system work properly on the network here. Well,
  17. this time I screwed up and kept only my modified versions.
  18.     Question: is there anywhere I can get a copy of the originals? Is it
  19. possible to extract individual files from inst images? All of the modified
  20. files are in eoe1.sw.unix. Would there be anything wrong with forcing inst to
  21. reinstall just this subsystem?
  22.     Sorry to post an "I messed up, somebody please help me" message. Any
  23. help will be appreciated.
