  11. Hi,

  13. I'm trying to change the IP address of our Iris 4D/35.  I get
  14. the error:

  16. netlsd: Unable to register with locating broker communications
  17.  failure (network computing system/RPC runtime)
  18.  
  19. Now, with my old IP address, I can still telnet,ftp etc., but
  20. as soon as I change to my new IP address, it's no go.  The error
  21. appears in both cases.  I only change the IP address in the
  22. /etc/hosts file.

  24. Can someone help me out as to what the error is, and as to 
  25. where I'm supposed to change the IP address so that I can
  26. access the net with my new address?
