  12. Does anyone out there have experience in transferring
  13. large ASCII files via 1/4" tape casettes between an SGI
  14. workstation and a PC? No I can't ethernet them together,
  15. they're on different continents. 
  16. In other words is there a version of tar, bru or what
  17. have you which would produce PC readable tapes and
  18. what does a PC have to do to produce SGI readable tapes?
  19. I will post any solution that I have successfully tried.
