- Does anyone out there have experience in transferring
- large ASCII files via 1/4" tape casettes between an SGI
- workstation and a PC? No I can't ethernet them together,
- they're on different continents.
- In other words is there a version of tar, bru or what
- have you which would produce PC readable tapes and
- what does a PC have to do to produce SGI readable tapes?
- I will post any solution that I have successfully tried.
- Thanks in advance for email assistance.
