- That won't sort the entries in your phone book, that will sort the files
- as they appear in the directories of your filer.

- It is recommended that you enter the phone book entries as Last Name
- first. By doing this they will automatically be sorted. I've been
- entering mine this way since day one and never had a problem with
- sorting. When you insert a new entry your are shown the new entry's
- position once you go back to the index.
