  19. That won't sort the entries in your phone book, that will sort the files
  20. as they appear in the directories of your filer.

  22. It is recommended that you enter the phone book entries as Last Name
  23. first.  By doing this they will automatically be sorted.  I've been
  24. entering mine this way since day one and never had a problem with
  25. sorting.  When you insert a new entry your are shown the new entry's
  26. position once you go back to the index.
