  11. If you are using the Laserwriter driver that comes with the NFS code,
  12. (unless this problem has been fixed VERY recently), beware that the 
  13. default is to put a hex '04' on the start of the file.  The result is
  14. lost print jobs if you queue multiple jobs for the same printer.  The
  15. fix is to go down several levels in the options menu (sorry, I have this
  16. part second hand, so I don't know what the menu structure looks like)
  17. and disable some option .. reset? ... anyway, if you have problems
  18. finding it, I'm sure that the Novell folks can help (we spent about 5 weeks
  19. figuring out what the problem was and trying to understand why no one 
  20. else was seeing it).
