  13. We have a 2.2 network installed in our office. We just purchased a 3.11
  14. which we want to install on a seperate server. We want to make the two 
  15. servers talk to each other so that an user logged on a 2.2 station can 
  16. have access to both servers. After trying many different combinations,
  17. we connected a 2.2 server with a 3.11 server via thin-coax and compex
  18. 16 bit arcnets. First we bring up 2.2, then 3.11. After that, we load the
  19. lan driver on the 3.11 and bind IPX to it. A few minutes later, we receive
  20. the following message:

  22. "Incomplete packets received".

  24. The number of packets continues to increase with time. We contacted Novell
  25. and were assured that this is possible.  However we still have no success.
  26. Does anyone out there have any suggestions?
