  12. I am using NeXTSTEP 3.0, and reading through the documentation 
  13. in /NextLibrary/Documentation, following the file about security
  14.  
  15. In the file Implementing.rtfd, it says to change the mode for Preferences
  16. file into 6755.  As a user, I am still able to change the date.  
  17. What should I do to disable Preference changing the date?
