- As root, dwrite loginwindow PowerOffDisabled Yes
- The only way to power off is to hit Command-~ and hit the power key,
- or Command-Command-~ and halt, power, or whatever.
- It is safest to tell users about "Command-~", though because they
- won't go typing 'mon' in the NMI window if they don't know about it.
